JAMBAMBO is both an international and blue zone inspired restaurant, and alongside a dietary health coaching clinic. Inspired by the dietary habits common in the world's 6 blue zones, where people live longer and healthier[a], as well as the challenge of how to promote such habits which could contribute to healthy longevity [b], in a community such as Bonn, are motivation for developing the JAMBAMBO concept, which aims at contributing to sustainable development (SDGs 2, 3, 6, 8, 12, 13, & 15).
